Wine Wednesdays

Starting April 17th, every Wednesday we host a Spanish wine tasting in our lower bar.    If you like the wine, feel free to purchase at a 20% discounted price and bring upstairs for dinner.  No corkage fee will apply if you bring wine from the tasting.

Every Wednesday from 5 – 6 p.m.

Every Sunday we will work with a brewery and pair a 3 course family style suckling pig menu.

$45 per person

Melon Con Jamon, compressed melon salad with vanilla yogurt, fried serrano, and arugula

Pimientos de Padrón, Padrón peppers with salbitxada sauce

Donas de Xocolata, chocolate brioche doughnuts with raspberry compote

 

2nd Course

Mercat Eggs Benedict, with grilled chorizo, truffled hollandaise, poached egg, and toasted brioche

Gambas al Ajillo, garlic shrimp with guindilla chiles

Datiles con Almendras, bacon-wrapped dates with Marcona almonds and La Peral fondue

 

3rd Course

Paella Valenciana, chicken and chorizo paella topped with artichoke and tomato salad
